Birthday Parties
Our birthdays are held on Saturdays at either 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, or 4:00 pm.
Basic $295 package: We handle the activities, you handle the food, drinks and decorations.

This price is good for up to 15 kids. Any kid after 15 will be an additional $20 charge per kid. We need to have a headcount before the date of the party so we can have enough coaches. We have a private banquet area with chairs and tables set up for whatever you would like to serve. The reservation for the party is handled through the website. It will require a deposit to hold the slot.
-
What is the schedule for the party? We start about 10 minutes after the hour with a group warm-up (15 Minutes.) Then we teach about the different obstacles and techniques they will use. The attendees will then be released into the obstacle area where our coaches will interact and life-guard. After about 15 minutes of "Jamming," a game will be played to exhaust the rest of their energy. About 15-20 minutes before the end of the party, they will be sent to the front area for the banquet portion.
-
Can our other child participate? We recommend that the general age of the participants are close to the guest of honor’s age. Younger guests may participate, but they will need a parental escort hands-on for the duration of the obstacle time. 6 and below will require a parental escort. GUESTS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE WARM-UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE ON THE OBSTACLEs. (This also applies to parental escorts)
-
Do parents/other adults count towards the total? Not unless they are participating. We only count the total number of participants in the activity. (Parental escorts count as participants)
-
Do parents need to stay?Parents are welcome to watch or take off if they need to. For carpooling parents, please have them create an account online. CREATE AN ACCOUNT: HERE
-
Is there a separate area for the banquet?Yes. We have an area with tables, chairs, a fridge, and freezer. You may bring your plates/plastic silverware, napkins, and water. We provide tablecloths but you can bring yours if you have a theme for the party. The tables are round*
-
How early can I come to set up before the party? You may arrive 15-20 minutes before the party to setup.
-
Where is the closest place that delivers pizza?Frankie’s Pizza in Issaquah will deliver (425) 427-6737. Have it delivered 30 minutes before the party ends.
-
Can we decorate the banquet area?Yes, there is 20 minutes before the party to setup. You may also continue setting up as the party is going on.
-
How soon do I need to leave before the next party shows up?We try to give everybody at least 20 minutes to set up. Please be aware that there might be a family waiting to setup after your party.
-
Am I responsible for set-up and clean-up?Staff will be available to help set up tables and chairs. Clean-up will also be assisted with if your party is running short on time.
-
Can we reschedule the party for another time slot or get the deposit back if we can’t make it?Deposits may be transferred to another day if the canceled booking is at least 14 days prior to the scheduled party.
-
Should we tip?Tips are not expected but appreciated for a job well done. If you plan to tip the coaches, please bring cash.
